Obesity has become epidemic in our country. I believe obesity is a Mental Health issue because most of these young children, teenagers, and adults in our country suffer from depression which adds to the difficulty in the fight against obesity. Michelle Obama took this fight head on with changing the menus in our school systems to help fight this ongoing battle against obesity.
